Sales & Operations Manager This position will take over daily customer service and
administrative tasks using our current minimal infrastructure. Position will
start with ‘Sales Assistant’ duties, and then add ‘Sales & Marketing
Manager’ and ‘Office Manager’ duties. This fall we will be moving our inventory into a new warehouse, and that physical transition will give more framework to the new catalog and software system. The Operations Manager will work with the Salvage & Shipping team and the Catalog Manager to ease the flow of that transition, while also maintaining inventory access for order fulfillment. We need someone with an excellent memory who is highly
adaptive to change. You must be well-organized, confident and driven, yet also
know when to sit back and soak in new information. Strong experience with
computer systems, business management, and team leadership is a must. A working
background in automotive, and ideally in classic Mercedes, is also required.
Experience with design, customer service, marketing, e-commerce, website or
inventory management are each great assets for every candidate to bring to the
